MapQuest® Original March 25, 2014

The latest breaking news about MapQuest® Original is that we know for a fact~Jack that their directions are second to none when it comes to reliability and accuracy.

MapQuest is our all time favorite for directions and maps. They have given us year after year of free superior service.

And they have never once required us to give them our email, register or sign in.

And they don't have those annoying little pop ups that require you to click on the "x" to close them so you can do what you came there for.
We have never went to the MapQuest web site and found that it was down or not working.
Keep up the excellence.
We are not affiliated with MapQuest® in any manner.
But we are the #1 MapQuest® fan site world wide on the web.
And we also do not require your email or registration. And we will never ever no not ever have those annoying pop ups!

Old MapQuest Classic Original

Here is the last great lakes light ship.

Its usefulness was not that it was light weight and agile.

It was a beacon of light to thwart ships from running aground in shallow waters.

And to this day it is still in use as a historic museum of days long ago on the turbulent unforgiving Great Lakes.

There are still many hundreds of vessels that have disappeared on the Great Lakes that have never been found.

Just like the missing 777 airliner may remain a mystery for eternity.
