Zonked Out Zoned Zombies, April 17, 2014

This forest seems to be either dying or rebounding. Not being an arboriculturist we just don't know.
One time at another similar forest location we happened to be talking to a local and we asked the local what had happened to all of the trees. Their response was that the condition was due to fire. The Local said that all to often young people go out in the woods to party and they do not extinguish their fire properly or they pass out and the wind picks up while they are still zonked out zoned zombies and a forest fire starts.
He said you can hear their cars music most of the night but you can't go up to them and monitor their actions. Yeah but the local law enforcement sure can, we would not tolerate this and we would call the cops.

Properly "Screwed" Pun Intended.

The pun of properly screwed in this particular instance is the word properly, because we are talking about the noun "Screw". A screw as a noun is not only a small metal pointed holding device with threads, that has a slot, phillips, robertson, allen, or other head on it, a screw is also what the "drive" or propeller is called on a vessel of a boat or ship.

Here is a diagram of an early screw or propeller, credits to Wikipedia.

You can see how this propeller resembles the threads on a screw.

Back to the pun of properly screwed. The pun is PROPerly screwed, as in the Prop of

a propeller when referring to a boat screw.

Often when boating enthusiasts are talking about boats they will say, "one screw or two screws", which means, does it have one or two propellers.

When using old MapQuest or new MapQuest you will always know where you are, and you will not be "propellered".

Old MapQuest Classic Original May 14, 2014

When you use MapQuest Classic Original properly, you can rest assured that you are going to get to your destination in a timely manner, so unless something goes awry, your head will hit the pillow on time and you will be sleeping like a log.

Speaking of logs, if you were a lumber Jack back in the day, oh let's say around about 1900-ish, then you would have utilized this device. It is a log hauler, and the wheels are about 8 feet tall. It was generally pulled by horses.
