Bingo~Bango
|| MapQuest || teams up with wireless GianT
|| VeriZoN ||

MapQuest was founded in 1967 as Cartographic Services, in 1994, it was renamed GeoSystems Global Corporation and was eventually bought by America Online in 2000. The Company headquarters are located in Denver, Colorado.

In May of 2015, Verizon announced their goal to buy AOL for $50 per share for a total deal of approximately $4.4 billion. The buyout was completed in June of 2015.

As of October 2015 the website Alexa that ranks websites had MapQuest as 210th most popular/visited websites in USA.
MapQuest was ranked 953rd most popular/visited websites worldwide.
MapQuest has over 100,000+ websites linking into them.

Alexa says these are the most used keywords or search words
  1. Mapquest- 8.75%
  2. mapquest driving directions 3.73%
  3. directions 3.23%
  4. driving directions 2.43%
  5. maps 1.16%
Visit Alexa.com for the best in web statistics.

Another cool, great thing about MapQuest is that if you are using a device that shows your location such as your cell phone. You don't have to have your location turned on in order to get directions from point A to point B.
You can still get those written directions along with a detailed, highlighted map route and do so with your phones location turned off.
Just in case you don't want to be tracked, and you wish to keep your location private and secure from snoops who sell your privacy, and any, and everything, about you, to the highest bidder.

ALL NEW LIGHTNING FAST MAPQUEST

If,
Vin Diesel were flooring the 2000-HP Maximus Challenger muscle car, that is the turbo, nitrous, warp-speed, speed you get with the all-new MapQuest.
We bench tested or clocked various features on the New version of MapQuest and the improvements are Jimmy John's freaky fast.

We used an android smart phone on Verizon 4G Lte and the MapQuest mobile website loaded in approx 3.7 lighting fast seconds.
We got the exact same results on the desk top browser AND with cookies disabled. You're gasping for air because we have cookies disabled, shut off? That's not because we are masked extremist revolutionaries, it's because we don't know how to, nor want to turn cookies on.

For an instance of blazing speed, when you are seeking directions and you click on "where are you starting" or
"Where are you going"they both load/open in approx 1.4 seconds.

Another great New functionality feature is the Map resizing pinch screen. It is very smooth and accurate, it doesn't lag, and is not buggy. Unless of course you are Amish and are riding in a buggy.
Lots of functionality features reviews coming in our updates.

**MapQuest Driving Directions**
IS BACK JACK !  With an APP !
And That's No Carp.
Haha, and you thought we were going rhyme it and say Trout.

MapQuest has teamed up with Mapbox to deliver driving directions.

MapQuest also has a new logo.
The new logo is cutting edge black and white lowercase letters.
"mapquest"
We would show a picture of the new logo but we don't know if we are legally allowed to do so, without obtaining express written permission, and who has the time or wherewithal to accomplish that, not us.

Driving Directions are very a lucrative business.

MapQuest gets about 42 million unique visitors a month.
One factor is that most people using a cell phone for driving directions will have their location turned on which enables targeted location based ads, coupons, promotions, events, sales and marketing to be generated.

After we have tried the MaQuest Driving Directions App for a sufficient time we will
Give an unbiased in depth review.

~~ MAPQUEST CLASSIC ~~DRIVING DIRECTIONS~~
Classic is to Classic, as Classic is to MapQuest.
If we had made a joke about that or classic music than it would of course be a "classic joke". Speaking of classic jokes, here is an all time favorite:

A Horse walks up to a bar, the bartender says, "hay buddy why the long face"?

On another note, we like to stay topical, although we'd  much rather prefer to stay tropical. Like, say... Aruba.
The topical topics are the following
High paying internet topics:

Make Money Online
Web Development
Health Care
SEO=search engine optimization
Forex Trading
Web Hosting Reviews
Blogging
Yoga
Web Designing
Online Marketing
Driving Directions

We're not even sure we know what a Forex is, a wild guess is...? Something really boring.
Simple way to make money online? Print it, but be prepared to go directly to jail, do not pass "Go" do not collect $200.

Web development is something that only Spiderman should be concerned with.

Talking about Health care makes me feel sick.

If I were to SEO, I'd say " Seo in Reo".

Blogging = yada yada yada.
Yoga = yoga yoga or Yoda.

Driving Directions is to MapQuest.
As MapQuest is to driving directions.
