Old MapQuest Classic Original May 14, 2014

When you use MapQuest Classic Original properly, you can rest assured that you are going to get to your destination in a timely manner, so unless something goes awry, your head will hit the pillow on time and you will be sleeping like a log.

Speaking of logs, if you were a lumber Jack back in the day, oh let's say around about 1900-ish, then you would have utilized this device. It is a log hauler, and the wheels are about 8 feet tall. It was generally pulled by horses.

Old MapQuest Classic Original

We have said it before and we don't hate too repeat ourselves so we will shout it again from the roof tops, tree tops, and box tops:

MapQuest® Rocks, Rox, Roks, Rahx. End of story, case closed, fini, the end, and they all lived happily ever after.

Odd MapQuest Pictures

Here are some off, odd, curious pictures.

We don't understand why there is a stop sign hanging from a tree, and why the stop sign has no standard stop sign post holding it up. Is this some kind of social comment, or is it the road Commission not doing their job.

The picture of the picnic table is not the result of the picnic table builder being drunk. The odd, lopsided, goofy looking picnic table is the result of PC, or political correctness. We assume the table is off set in this manner deliberately in order to accommodate a wheelchair. Yet the steep incline of the hill leading to the table is OK.

Imagine the thrill ride of a wheelchair occupant if the brake on their wheelchair were to let go.

Zig Zag Flag

There's a flag every fifty feet on both sides of the road and in the middle for a mile or so. That's at least close to about a billion or so, you do the math.
