LOOKY ~ Muscle Cars in the SNOW, say it ain't SO!
This is something yall haven't seen in decades, classic cars and muscle cars in the snow.
Every one babies their babies and puts them away when the ravages of ole man winter comes a ravaging.
Most lucky owners of these vehicles won't take their babies out of the garage if they see a lawn sprinkler down the road.
So what is going on here?
It's possible that these drivers did not use MapQuest driving directions and they made quite a drastic wrong turn and ended up in Canada, or a northern state. That would be the state of confusion.

Another scenario is that they drive these  classic original beauties all year long, in the snow, ice, salt, cold, freezing cold, freezing ass cold, really freezing ass cold weather.
Are they lucky? Or nuts?
